Learning to be well = learning to breathe well
During sessions we explore your experience in the situation through the reactions of your body, and your breath is a big part of it. When you find yourself tensing up to go through a challenging situation, you might have noticed that you start to breathe in a specific way : just with your belly, flat, small, holding your breath..
We get to work with how you breath to change your experience and allow new possibilities to emerge for your body and your mind. For example : instead of keeping very still, you can learn to take space; instead of holding it and staying stuck in the experience, you can learn to relax your belly and move through discomfort.
